loaded, but it may give errors if it uses any new features not present in

Information on Upgrading

When you have an active subscription

If you have an active subscription (for Analytica 5.0 or later), the upgrade is free. You just need to download and run the latest installer release from the Lumina Software Download Page. You should run the installer from your own user account and proceed through the screens. The installer will use your existing subscription.

When your support is active

If you are a user of Analytica 4.6 with active support, and need to upgrade to Analytica 5.0, then you should contact Lumina sales, by email at sales@lumina.com, or by phone at (01)-650-212-1212. The various upgrade options are described at to Analytica 5.

If you have a "grandfathered" perpetual license, upgrading to any newer minor release (where the major digit of the release numbers has not changed) is free if you've kept your annual active support current. Just download and run the latest installer release from the Lumina Software Download Page. You should run the installer from your own user account and proceed through the screens. The installer will use your old software license and your email to validate that you are eligible for the free upgrade, and to automatically obtain a license for the newer release.

If problems occur that prevent the installer from automatically updating your license, then visitThe Analytica Upgrade Page. You can enter your information there an an activation for the newest release key will be emailed to you.

When your support has expired

In that case, you'll need to re-purchase a new Analytica subscription. You can do either from The Lumina Product Order Page.
