ACP can be set to automatically zoom the diagram so that it takes up the entire browser window, the most constraining of width or height so it retains the aspect ratio of the diagram. Works with zoom in and zoom out without using scrollbars.

Auto Zoom will allow a model to go down to 50% of its size or up to 200% of its size. If the model does not fit at 50% size, the window will show scroll bars.

  • You can also manually zoom an ACP window, with ctrl+scroll.
  • The easiest way to set Auto Zoom is in the ACP_Style_Library.

Zooming in Chrome

  • In the Chrome browser version 128, (September 2024) Google changed their Zoom CSS. This affected users of the Chromium engine, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. But not all computers were affected the same.
  • Some of the diagram features in ACP were affected by this change when the ACP diagram was zoomed. For instance, Graphs in frame nodes at the wrong size, help balloons and pulldown menus appearing in the wrong locations.
  • We fixed this in ACP release 149 on Oct 16 2024
  • Those with an ACP server license running ACP on a dedicated server should upgrade their ACP installation so they get the fix. See [this page] for instructions.
