EvaluationTime OF x gives the CPU time in seconds to evaluate x. EvaluationTimeAll OF x gives the CPU time to evaluate x and all its predecessors. If a variable needs to be recalculated -- e.g. because an input changes, these attributes simply cumulate. It is used, for example, in the Performance Profiler library.
