Cause

While the file was being saved, you pressed Stop, Cancel or Ctrl+Break.

Changes you've made to your model were not saved. The model file is still in the state it was in when you loaded the model, or last successfully saved your model.

Remedy

You can select Save or Save As... again to complete the save.
