Changes in v10

This is a very minor bug fix. Fix was to Lsl_sup_bat_samtypes. The problem is that choice in "Batch Sampling Type" should have given two options: "Random Latin Hypercube" and "Monte Carlo". Because of this problem, it was presenting a single option, "item 1" and always getting RLH as the sampling method.

There is virtually no risk in replacing v9 with v10. They have exactly the same set of objects, same identifiers, the only change is very narrow. So if your model works with v9, there it'll work fine with v10. Use Add Module... + embed + merge.

Fixed a bug that caused an error to occur on its own example when "Uncertain LSVs only" was unchecked.
