Restarting ACP
This page is for restarting ACP for servers with their own installation.
Identifying the Problem
Rarely ACP will die, reach a deadlock, or otherwise go into a state that won't accept socket connections. You'll know this when you see "Websocket error: Unable to establish a connection" or upon trying to login you'll see an indefinite blank screen.
Solutions
Solution 1: Restart the server process.
- launch Task Scheduler
- expand the outline on the left to find the Lumina folder
- find the task "Start Suan server at boot"
- if its status is "Running" then press End to kill it
- once it terminates, press Run to start it again

Solution 2: Restart the server (simple but slower)
