Cause

The xml-encoded SIP passed to SipDecode is missing an attribute. If you are reading this from a file, the file could have gotten corrupted. If you are copy/pasting the xml, you could have missed part of the xml while doing so.

Remedies

Make sure that the xml-encoded SIP being passed to SipDecode is not corrupted.
