Can't remove model.

Description

This is thrown when the code attempts to remove an object from its parent module, but the object being removed already has no parent. This is as if the object has already been removed from its parent, or never had a parent module.

We do not know why this would occur under normal usage conditions. If you have a reproducible case, please share your model with support@lumina.com.

We have received a report of this message appearing during a File / Save. As a workaround, it works fine to do a Save As.... on the same file and allow it to replace the file. Why the message appeared is currently unsolved.

One unsubstantiated conjecture is that it might occur in some circumstances when a deleted object is still in the undo buffer.
