Documentation Issues

The following was noted on Tutorial documentation.

1. Introduction was presented as Chapter 1.

2. In Chapter 1 1.14 screenshot, description box said "1. Click Normal button next to Rate of Inflation" but the arrow is pointing to Appreciation Rate output button.

3. Result of Cost of Buying and Renting Statistics is not similar in build 3.1.2.2, since I was using the latest build 4.0.0.34 I decided to use that result.

Fred had this observation on UG

Minor typo on page 350. "WhatIfAll is useful for performing ceteris paribus style sensitivity analysis, in which only on Variable is varied at a time"

"Only on" should be changed to "only one"
