Release 6.5.11 is a patch release, replacing the previous 6.5.10 release.

This patch was deemed necessary due to a crashing bug discovered after the final release launch of 6.5.10. We recommend everyone using 6.5.10 upgrades to 6.5.11.

Crash

The crash bug is occurs while the busy cursor is being restored to a non-busy cursor and some evaluation ensues to determine what window element the pointer is currently over. It is most commonly experienced in tables with cell formats.

Assista

Fixed an instance where Assista aborts processing of the question after creating a Function object with a syntax error in the parameter declaration.

Internal mismatch error

Evaluation of Relu(Null) caused an internal mismatch error to occur.

DateTime data type preservation

The result of several functions including CondMin, CondMax, ProbBands and LinearInterp were not preserving the date-time data type when operating over date-time numbers.

Descriptions

Descriptions for DatePart, GetProcessInfo and text in the Node style defaults library were edited.
