Error message examples

 ACP error occurred.  Contact awp@lumina.com for assistance. And mention you had an 'upload error'.

Cause

This message means that there was an error uploading a file to ACP.

• This can happen if you attempt to upload and overwrite a spreadsheet, which is already locked by Excel.

Remedies

Wait a few minutes and attempt to upload the file again. If you continue to see this error, please note the model, and the steps you took while using ACP leading up to where the error occurred, and contact acp@lumina.com for assistance.
