A.I. tool integration

Implemented code so that running /Automation flag on the command line does not add to Recent Files

Engine

Added the ability to use Identifier of X := 'NewName'
E.g.: Identifier of HandleFromIdentifier('Ren_target') := 'New name'

Previously this required the use of the typescript rename command.

Functions (Built In)

Fixed a bug where FindObjects was not finding anything in Description attributes (Same in the Object menu's find)

Outline Window

Added the ability to draw arrows to or from the Outline window.

Tables

Fixed a bug where a Scrollbar in a table window had the wrong width of content following the resizing of a subset of columns.
