Defining Party location as a list of text

1. Double click on ‘Party Location’ to open its object window. Tab thru Description field type, ‘The party locations under consideration’.

2. Click expr popup menu, select ‘List of labels’

3. Click on the first cell, type ‘Outdoors’. Press enter key. Type ‘Porch’. Press enter key, type ‘Indoors’.
