 ACP experienced a problem while retrieving the diagram from the server. If problem persists please contact
 acp@lumina.com for assistance.

Cause

This message means that ACP code encountered an error and had to abort retrieving the diagram.

Remedies

Try refreshing your browser window. If you continue to see this error, please note the model, and the steps you took while using ACP leading up to where the error occurred, and contact acp@lumina.com for assistance.
