Error message examples

 Error occurred.  Contact [email protected] for assistance. And mention you had a 'polling error'.

Cause

  • This error means that ACP timed out during polling for a messageBox or other asynchronous call. For instance uploading a file, or getting a large result table or graph.
  • These functions are still in testing.

Remedies

  • You can attempt to continue playing the model where you left off.
  • Refresh the browser.
  • Close the model and reopen.
  • If you see this error again, please note the model, and the steps you took while using ACP leading up to where the error occurred, and contact [email protected] for assistance. As suggested in the message, mention that you had a 'polling error'.
