Error message examples

 ACP experienced a problem while retrieving the diagram from the server. If problem persists please contact
 acp@lumina.com for assistance.

Cause

ACP uses the Analytica Decision Engine (ADE) to interface with your Analytica models on the Analytica cloud server, and to perform tasks such as retrieving the Analytica model's diagram. Then ACP displays what ADE gives it. Usually this error message indicates that ADE has returned an error.

Remedies

Try to play the model again. If you still can't get a response, wait a few minutes, and sometimes it helps to clear your recent browsing history and cookies, Then try again.

If you see this error again, please note the model, and the steps you took while using ACP leading up to where the error occurred, and contact acp@lumina.com for assistance.
