Initial guess for XIrr must be non-negative.

Cause

XIrr calculates the internal rate of return for non-periodic cash flow given the cash flow and the dates of the cash flow. As the internal rate of return cannot be negative, the guess parameter provided to the XIrr function cannot be negative.

Remedies

Pass a positive value as the guess parameter to XIrr function.
