Error message examples

 ACP only plays one model at a time.  This model is no longer being played.

Cause

This message means that for some reason the ACP model you are attempting to play is no longer running.

• If you have 2 browser tabs/windows open in ACP, and log out of one of these tabs, or attempt to play more than one model at a time in the same ACP account, the other instance of ACP can be left in a state in which it appears ACP is running,

• You should receive a message warning that if you play this new model, your other model will be closed, and asking you to confirm that this is what you want to do.

• Same thing can happen if you open ACP in a different browser e.g. Chrome after using Firefox.

Remedies

• Return to the other tab if it is still open, close the model and then open the model you wish to play.
• Try refreshing the browser window.
• If you have already closed the other Tab or Window, you will probably need to sign in to ACP again.
