Error message examples
Your Analytica Cloud Player session has ended. Try pressing 'Restart' button. If that doesn't work, make sure that cookies (including third party) are enabled for your browser.
Cause
- Generally, a session ends after a run of 20 minutes of inactivity (Except for ACP server license which can have custom timeout settings.
Also a session will end when switching to a different browser is used, or when you log out.
- So if you have 2 browser tabs/windows open in ACP, and log out of one of these tabs, the other tab will be left in a state in which it may appear acp is running, Same thing if you open ACP in a different browser e.g. Chrome after using Firefox.
- This can happen for instance if you are viewing an ACP model in a Group account using your default browser, then use Publish to cloud from Desktop Analytica to upload a model into an individual account with the same email address, or vice versa. This will generally end the first session .
- This does depend on your browser settings and varies occasionally from machine to machine.
Remedies
- If playing an email invite, try pressing the restart link.
- Check that cookies are enabled.
- You will probably need to sign in to ACP again.
