Cause
You started Analytica with a model file specified on the command line, such as this:
Analytica.exe C:\temp\doesntExist.ana
and the no such model file exists at that location.
When the path specified on the command line is a relative path, the path is interpreted relative to the working directory from where Analytica.exe was launched.
Remedies
Fix the path on the command line, or remove the extra parameter and just use File→Open after Analytica starts up.
