Analytica 6.4 beta Release Notes/Changes in 6.4.5.237

These fixes and enhancements are in build 237.

Example Models

• Redesigned Intro Diagram.ana. The diagram which opens when you launch Analytica without opening a model.
• Updated the Rent vs Buy model.ana (in the Tutorial models).

Expression Assist

• A bug fix for Expression Assist showing some esoteric identifiers as invalid when they are not.

File Saving and Loading

• Increased the "Legacy model" threshold to 6.4.1. This should eliminate some syntax errors due to models which were saved in earlier 6.4 builds. (E.g. models saved from ACP which has been using the 6.4 engine for several months.

Functions (Built-in)

• ReadFromURL() - Added support for Url's with an # anchor on the URL

Tables

• Improved the column and row headers' appearance after pivoting a table or maximizing a result table window. Fixed 3 bugs which occurred in some cases.

Installer and Licensing

• Redesigned some of the panes in the Installer wizard.
• Refreshed the Solver.lic file and upgraded to Frontline's latest version. (But see known issues).

Miscellaneous

• Several more minor bug fixes.
