- both seg_start and Seg_to_task
Set Horizontal Axis pivot to Seg_to_task
In Graph Setup, select Bar Chart, variable origin, Swap XY.
Set bar origin pivot, so that pivot dropdowns read:

Common index:	Task Seg
Vertical Axis:	Seg to Task
Bar Origin:	Seg start
