指明你的ADE决策引擎是否允许你的模型使Optimizer(优化版)。如果你没有这个能力,那么使用DefineOptimization或者其它需要Optimizer版本函数的函数将不能执行那些在ADE决策引擎里面的优化。该标记使其可以在实际启动你的应用程序之前检测这种限制。
