Today()

Returns the current date. If you set optional parameter withTime: True, it includes the current time. You should set the number format to show data and time to see the time. By default the time uses the time zone set in the Windows OS. If you set optional parameter UTC: True, it returns the date and time using universal time code (UTC) formerly known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

If a variable contains Today() in its definition, its value will be based on the date and time when it was last evaluated within the current model session. So it may become of date unless you cause it to be re-evaluated.
