To use Analytica, you need the following quite modest minimum configuration:

* '''RAM''': Minimum of 1 GB RAM{{Release||4.6|, 3 GB recommended on 32-bit windows}}.  For large models in 64-bit Windows, up to 16 GB RAM can be helpful.
* '''Disk space''': About 60 MB. For very large models using virtual memory because they need more memory than available RAM, you can improve performance substantially by configuring 64-bit Windows to maintain its Virtual Memory page file on a Solid State Drive (SSD).
