== Cause ==
When uploading a spreadsheet,  If you select the option to overwrite an existing spreadsheet, and that spreadsheet is currently in use by Excel, the file is locked by Excel, and cannot be overwritten until is is released by Excel in the other instance.

== Remedies ==
